- Material Safety Data Information (MSDS)
- Follow-up Emergency Notice
- Hazardous Materials Release & Inventory Reports (Tier II Forms)
THESE DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED BY LAW AND ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR REVIEW AT YOUR:
- LOCAL EMERGENCY PLANNING COMMITTEE (LEPC)
- The Kansas Commission on EMERGENCY RESPONSE (CEPR)
Your Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) & the CEPR can provide:
- Hazardous materials information to individuals
- Planning support to local government
- Hazardous materials training for public sector & volunteer responders
- Compliance assistance to business and industry
