• Secretary to Board of County Commissioners
• Keeper of the Official County Seal
• Swears in elected officials, deputies & various boards
• Freedom of Information Officer
• Certifies Tax Unit Boundaries Maps
• Maintains and updates real estate ownership files
• Reviews budgets for all County taxing entities
• Sets and certifies all mill levies
• Responsible for central accounts payable for all county offices
• Many other statutory duties not listed
