Consideration of the Solar Energy Conversion System Regulations (as recommended for approval by the Planning Commission) has been moved to Monday, April 13, 2026, at 9 am, 707 SE Quincy, at which time a special session of the Board of County Commissioners will commence.

Building Permits

Any division of land, in the City of Topeka's 3 Mile Jurisdiction (yellow area in map), must be approved by the City Planning Department (785.368.3728) prior to applying for a County Building Permit.
