The following is a list of all building and land use activity permits administered by the Shawnee County Land Use & Development Department. All of the permit forms may be printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Any division of land, in the City of Topeka's 3 Mile Jurisdiction (yellow area in map), must be approved by the City Planning Department (785.368.3728) prior to applying for a County Building Permit.
