Each year, our team of dedicated emergency professionals answers more than 250,000 incoming emergency and non-emergency phone calls. They work together to dispatch calls for six law enforcement agencies and eight fire departments within Shawnee County. Emergency communications is part of the family of first responders that work together to provide some of the most important public services to the community.
