Currently available at the Shawnee County Election Office, 3420 SW Van Buren St, Topeka, KS 66611 or call (785) 251-5900.

NOTE: Candidate filing document signatures must be notarized within the presence of & by a Shawnee County Election Official. The exception will be for precinct committeeman/committeewoman filings. The form must be notarized by a duly appointed notary with the State of Kansas.
We can only accept the original signed, notarized documents.
