Harm Reduction Supplies Request Portal

The Shawnee County Health Department has received funding through the Kansas Fights Addiction Grant Program to support efforts that reduce the harms of substance use. These funds—provided through opioid settlement resources—are being used to offer harm reduction supplies to Shawnee County residents and community partners at no cost. To request supplies for yourself or your organization, please complete the Harm Reduction Supplies Request form.
